- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe return.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us at info@homedecora2z.in. We will assist you in processing the exchange. Depending on stock availability, we may either issue a refund or send the exchange item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
